Yes, each phone has a 6-month warranty covering manufacturer defects and hardware issues (not accidental, electrical short circuit, or water damage).

5. What’s the difference between a used and a refurbished phone?

Used phones are sold in their original state, while refurbished phones are reconditioned to enhance performance, cosmetic purposes, or both. Used phones maintain their original condition and offer better value and come with a 6-month warranty.

7. What is an eSIM?

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card integrated directly into a device, eliminating the need for a physical SIM card. All US spec iPhones from iPhone 14 series and later are eSIM-only, meaning they do not support physical SIM cards. In Kenya, eSIMs are supported by Safaricom, Airtel & Faiba.
